Ghostbusters 2020 Gets A New Official Title And The Trailer Is On The Way

Posted 2019/12/0430

Some Ghostbusters 2020 news for you folks, actually wait, part of the news is the title I just used to refer tot he film, is no longer the title. The film coming next will is now officially titled Ghostbusters: Afterlife — a title that was previously just rumored. Also, it is said that the trailer is on the way and will be arriving soon.

This came courtesy of the BBFC official website, which confirms the rumored title of the flick and goes on to give us a runtime of the upcoming trailer — which looks to be coming in at two minutes and 28 seconds.

I loved The Ghostbusters growing up, the original film, the cartoon spin-off, and yes, even the subpar sequel. This is one film that I am actually excited about for next year. A classic franchise that will hopefully bring me and others a nice serving of nostalgia mixed in with a worthy entry into the franchise.

Hopefully, the film can please fans who were none too pleased with the 2016 spin-off film that starred Melissa McCarthy, Leslie Jones, and Kristen Wiig. The film will feature most of the original cast, all but Harold Ramis who sadly passed away in 2014. Joining them will be Paul Rudd, Mckenna Grace, Finn Wolfhard, and Carrie Coon.
